Office Manager (m/f/d) – 20 Hours/Week – Location: Bamberg

The Medical Valley Digital Health Application Center (dmac) advises manufacturers of digital health innovations on all relevant issues relating to the German healthcare market and helps identify opportunities, understand requirements, connect with industry stakeholders, and choose the most promising market access strategy and best reimbursement path for each healthcare solution.

In addition, dmac offers clinical research services that focus on evidence generation and include all the services of a digital study center – from patient recruitment and patient management to data collection and analysis. Also part of the service portfolio: market and potential analyses as well as health economic evaluations.

Your Profile

A completed commercial apprenticeship, for example as an office management assistant or comparable qualification
Experience as an assistant, office worker or commercial clerk
Independent, conscientious and structured way of working – you maintain an overview even in dynamic situations and always recognize the essentials
Organizational strength, determination, ability to work under pressure and enjoy working in a team
Committed and confident appearance both internally and externally
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Basic knowledge of controlling
Social and intercultural competence
Willingness to work on site in Bamberg

Your Tasks

As an Office Manager, you work independently and support the company’s processes from reception to secretarial and accounting.
You act as an interface for us within our networks Medical Valley and Fraunhofer IIS and are the first contact person for our customers.
Preparatory accounting, data entry in DATEV
HR / Personnel Management
General administrative tasks, team assistance
